Flushing principle "Available on location" is changed to "Start" by the system when a batch order is created

Good day,

We have formula line items defined with the flushing principle "Available on location" selected (this flushing principle is also defined on the item), when a batch order is created with that formula, the moment it is created we receive a system message that the flushing principle was changed from "Available on location" to "Start". See the screen shot.

When proceeding with the batch order it also is clear that the flushing principle "Available on location" is not working.

Why would the system change the flushing principle on batch order creation? What other setups are involved besides ensuring that the flushing principle is specified on the formula lines and that the formula item is advanced warehouse managed?

I found the resolution for this, we needed to specify the warehouse in the formula line for the item with the flushing principle "Available on location".
