Hi Guys,

I am looking at a better or easier way to add an SMS function to a customer Journey. i.e. an SMS will go to the customer that the campaign is going out to.

is there any easier way of doing this?

It can be achieved easily with Real-time Marketing.

Yes - You can do this by using Microsoft real-time marketing click on the text messages this will allow you to do this using Trillo

Alternatively, you can use a third-party ISV. They aren't free but you can explore companies like INFOBIP.
