I was curious if the old technical support requests created in the legacy PartnerSource portal were still available to view anywhere. When I login to the new area it only shows me a case I have from May this year. Nothing else.
On a post from Terry Haley it mentions existing technical support requests would be available, but I'm not sure if that meant active requests or all historical requests: "Existing technical support incidents that were created in PS/CS will appear in https://support.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness."
