We're reviewing some of the restrictions and options that an ISV might have when building a PowerApp or a plugin for Dynamics. One area that we were most concerned was access to some key tables in Dataverse, such as Campaign, Opportunity, etc. It would be great to leverage existing tables rather than rebuild them or replace them with custom tables.
Based on our research, it actually doesn't seem like there's any restricted access to nearly any table in Dataverse, so long as your license has access to the Dataverse. In fact, the only tables that have licensed access controls seem to be in the list linked below.

I swear I must be missing something, since I assumed that an organization would need to buy, say, Dynamics 365 for Sales licenses in order to get access to the Opportunity table. Can someone provide some clarity?
