Hi everyone,
I'm the system admin for our team's CRM online 2016. I recently created a workflow to send an email when a new lead is created. Whenever I (the admin) create the lead, the workflow executes as it should. However, when a team member with less permissions creates a new lead, the workflow fails. The workflow's scope is set to organization, so I am not sure where the problem is. My initial thoughts are it has something to do with permissions but not certain where specifically to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
