Hi Everyone,When i save this page, get a error

[ObjectTypeCode = 10086 ] DataBase have not this entity:
I guess,this entity is deleted at early....
and now,how to solve this problem ?
or Is there any way to restore the default settings about Hierarchical security (remove all selected entity at right)
