ReportReport

Hi, I'm working with a CRM 2013  on premise, and i can't execute any custom report.

On report form, appear this error: An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)

And if I try to execute the report directly on report server, I obtain this error:

  • An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
  • Query execution failed for dataset 'DSMain'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
  • Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: An unexpected error occurred. System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception. System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The target principal name is incorrect
  • An unexpected error occurred.
  • A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.
  • A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.
  • The target principal name is incorrect

I registrated all SPN's of the installation, and i don't know where is the error...

Thanks in advance!

If the default reports are working fine and only the fetch based reports are failing, i will suggest: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2590774/en-us

Is your deployment similar to the one described here?

    Hi Elegs,

Please verify that service pertaining to SQL Server Reporting Services is running and the respective Service Account is able to log.

The error which you have posted is a very generic error. For more details please find below link

    www.microsoft.com/.../transform.aspx;ProdVer=8.00&EvtID=rsProcessingAborted&EvtSrc=Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ErrorStrings.resources.Strings&LCID=1033

Are you using a Stored Procedure for your Data Set? If yes, then you will be happy to look into below thread

    social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../rserrorexecutingcommand

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

    RE: Error report processing rsProcessingAborted

I review all SPN's on the servers, and i don't know if i'm registering the correct SPN's.

The port of IIS is 443 (https). The user of CRMappPool is CRMDeployAdmin and the user of CRMdeploymentAppPool is CRMWEBSVC.The report server is running OK and the service of SQL Reporting services is running under user CRMDeployAdmin.

These are all SPNs I registered:

    At appserver:

    setspn -a http/appserver:443 domain\CRMWEBSVC

    setspn -a http/appserver.domain.es:443 domain\CRMWEBSVC

    setspn -a http/appserver.domain.glc.es:443 domain\CRMDeployAdmin

    setspn -a http/appserver:443 domain\CRMDeployAdmin

    At SQL server:

    setspn -a http/sqlserver:443 domain\CRMsqlRS

    setspn -a http/sqlserver.domain.es:443 domain\CRMsqlRS

    setspn MSSQLSvc/sqlserver.domain.es:1433 sqlserver.domain.es

Could you verify registered SPN's by using the -l cmd ?

Lists the currently registered SPN for computer.

    setspn –l accountname

Also verify is there any duplicate SPN registred on the server?

Below post provides all cmd's supported by SPN
