Word document template and mail merge in CRM dynamics.

Hi,

I am newbie in MS Dynamics CRM. Please guide me how I can achieve following scenario in Word document template and mail merge in CRM dynamics.

Scenario:

Communicate with 2 contacts (husband and wife) simultaneously in one word document template or mail merge

EXAMPLE MAILMERGE FIELDS

Contact 1 First MI Last (husband)
Contact 1 Address
Contact 2 First MI Last (Wife)
Contact 2 Address

Example:

Dear Sarah (contact 2 first name),

We are writing to inform you that your husband “Mr. Davis” ( Contact 1- firstName) is not working with us anymore………

Hi,

You will need to create a Relationship(husband-wife) between them. Then you will have the ability to choose the correct value to insert in your email/mail.

Hi ,

Thanks for replying , I already created 1:N relationship , but when i create mail merge template i only get Husband name (lookup Field-name). I also need other fields of linked records , like in husband and wife, if i use mail merge on husband record-1 ,i need to fetch data for wife record-2 in same mail , not only name but also its address , city , number. How i can get these fields of record-2.
