Hi, It sounds like your BC Tenant is not the same Tenant as the one you normally work with.
If you just send emails, you can use the Email Account and Scenario features in Business Central.

But if it integrates with other functions, such as Edit in Excel, Power Automate, it is a bit troublesome. This is also related to the license issue, so I personally recommend using the same email address.

For Power Automate if you have access to a shared mailbox you can alter from address
