Extension fail to install in production environment

I tried to install a custom extension and it shows that the installation fail. below is the error message that i received:
i dont think its the problem with the extension itself because i tried to publish it in sandbox environment and it works just fine. i also tried to install it on production environment using different tenant which also installed successfully. i think that the issue might be the account/user (has SUPER permission) that im using but i cant know for sure and i dont know how to fix the issue. Besides that, im not sure if this is related but the account that im using just added a new 2 factor authentication a few days ago due to Microsoft's requirement. 
 
Does anyone know how to solve this issues?

    Hii There,
    As per the error message you need to see the dependencies & its version. its not compatible for your version . so you need to do needful in App.Json file after that create package and upload it with higher version number of extension.

    the dependencies section in my app.json currently empty and always has been which means it worked before but suddenly didnt work now when i try to make some changes to the extension. What exactly do i need to change and how can i fix it?

    Hii There,
    As Per mention you need to check the version of sandbox and production, Both need to be in same version. else try by clear object cache & update version and upload latest .App package to production.
     
    Or You can check your all object's Page Inspection and check used extensions by object. If you found any extension is not available in production or having different version of extension.
