Im using the intro try for free and just now found out that I cannot call and talk to a live person for help. 
 
System was down when I first set up email... took 6 hours. Hoping this is not an omen. 
 
Wondering why I should continue down this path. 
 
I find myself locked out of many portions... hoping that this changes when I go paid. How do I talk to someone?
