When If Any is a Good Time to Compare with RM20201.DATE1?

Hello:

In trying to create a SQL-based RM HATB, should the RM20201.DATE1 field be used as a comparison to the RM20101.DOCDATE and RM20101.DUEDATE fields?

If not, then what field besides RM20201.DATE1 should be used?

Thank you!

John

    Hi John,

The Date1 field is what the subledger uses for the Apply Date. The HATB report does use this date to determine whether or not the transaction should be reported as outstanding on the report date. To answer your question, Yes, I believe you will need to use the apply date to determine when the invoice was paid.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
