Below is what our sales order screen looks like. Under the Job Manager category she lost the circled line "Builder Job No." We've tried personalizing to add it back like usual but it is not there anymore. How can we add it back
is this field available for all other users? if yes then it should be hided. Have you tried show more?
You can try to go to User Settings then find the user and Clear Personalized Page" but that will remove all user personalization.
