Unable to delete load

Hi 

I'm trying to delete load, it's in open status, no work created.

But, getting below error "Released quantity cannot be negative for item 67658, lot INLO031462389."

we are tried through script as well, but unable to delete. Could you please help me in this.

    Hi,

    Are you using unit conversion for this item?

    If yes than one root cause could be changes made to the unit conversion while the load line for this item was still open.

    Try moving back to the old unit conversions and make sure conversion is aligned with the load line and also make sure no new load lines are created for the item.

    Alternatively check what is the value for whsSalesLine.ReleaseQty for this sales line in back end as this is the place where mismatch is happening from your load line of 400.
