We manually track emails from Outlook with Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

Unfortunately most of the time, instead of showing the actual text of the email in the preview within the timeline, the code is shown.

Is this a known issue? Is there a plan to fix this?

    Hi Yvonne,

    This isn't the intended experience.
    Did you customize the timeline in any way? For example with card forms for emails?
    Do these email records display correctly once you open them?

    I suggest that you open a support request to help you troubleshoot this.

    Hi Henry

    Excellent! Yes we were using an Email Card. I changed this now to Default Card and the issue disappeared. Will make my users very happy.
