Dear Support ,

When I run the planning optimization with the BOM setup Peggy supplies the system, which creates a wrong planned batch order. When I set type to Item the planning optimize running does consider the on-hand, however, the type as Pegged supply the planning optimize running does not consider

Hi PP,

Completely normal and expected. It is the nature of Pegged Supply to create a referenced production order (pegging) to compensate for the demand of that item, ignoring available on-hand.
