Hello Experts,

we have a requirement to setup the AR Credit note Workflow Setup for client,
Could someone let me know how to setup the workflow

    Hi,
     
    You cannot customize/enable workflow in Sale order Invoice form. Instead, create custom SO Workflow (This needs to be customized. There's no standard SO workflow). Whenever a line with negative qty added in SO, trigger the workflow approval. This way, negative qty lines (credit note lines) will be approved by approvers before posting Sales invoice.
