Via SQL:  select * from dynamics..activity.

Via GP:  Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > System > User Activity

With native GP you cannot see this. GP only tracks the last time a user logged in. You would need something like FastPath to track past logins.

You can enable "Activity Tracking": Administration > Setup > System > Activity Tracking

The Report isn't the easiest to query. If you are trying to get better audit reports (including changes to data and master records), I'd recommend checking out Rockton Software's Auditor tool. The log is available in SmartList which makes it super easier to review.

You can get this in GP, but only real-time.

    Go to Administration>Utilities>User Activity.

If you are looking for historical reporting there is a way in GP, but it is a resource hog.

There are third parties out there that can get you historical reporting and auditing in GP if you are interested.

    Rockton and a few others.

Not the most robust feature, but you something like this you can go to Tools>Setup>System>Activity Tracking.   There is an option to activate login tracking for company and users.   There are system reports that can be printed to show that activity.

Use GP Power Tools User Activity Tracking to track statistics about user logins and licensed used.

It tracks number of logins and dates and times for last three logins.

    David
