"No data found" screen occurs when access webresource in D365 mobile app

Hi,

I have developed one custom HTML webresource and added it to the D365 UUI app Sitemap.

But every time I access it via a mobile device it will display the "No Data Found" screen and just stuck there.

Attached is the screen I got every time I open webresource in the mobile app.

I also raised a ticket with Microsoft but as usual no reply back from the MS team.

    Hi Adil,

    I think you did the right thing opening a Support Request, because as we don't have access to your web resource code it's hard to know what the issue is.

    Have you checked if it was authentication issue?
    This could explain why no data is available, i your web resource can't reach the web service it's trying to call.

    Hi Jammes,

    Web resource I talking about is just a normal HTML page with only one button in it which on click just give an alert like alert('test');

    I see, thanks for the clarification.

    Have you made sure that your HTML web resource was enabled for mobile?
