BC23: Unable to create pick from sales order w/ service item and Shipping Advice is set to Complete

Since the update to BC23 we have an issue with our Shipment service item. When a sales order is set to Shipping Advice=Complete we are not able to create a pick from it if there is a service item present. Prior to release 23 we had no issues and I was hoping 23.2 would solve it, but no luck. Does anyone else have the same issue? We tried debugging to see if it was caused by our extensions, but it seems to be an issue in standard BC.

Hi, I didn't notice this problem.
You can uninstall your extension in the Sandbox and try again. If there is still a problem, this should be a standard issue and you can submit an SR to the Microsoft support team for them to correct it.

You can also submit questions to the BC Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) group. The person in charge of this function should also confirm it when he sees it.

Hi,

Did you get any error messages about the issue?

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps to check it the issue is due to some extension installed in the environment.

Does others have the same issue with yours.

If the issue persists, you can submit a SR to the Microsoft Support team for further investigation.

Hi, I created a sandbox and removed all 3rd party extensions and the problem still exists. Will submit a SR to MS. Thanks for your replies!
