D365 Portal - Language not showing as a valid option

Hi,

I've tried adding the arabic language in the environment using these steps:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/enable-multiple-language-support

However, it is not detected even when i explicitly go to the link (<portal>.powerappsportal.com/ar-SA). I just get redirected to <portal>.powerappsportal.com/en-US/ar-SA/, which is an empty page.

ive created a portal language in Content > Portal Languages with these values:

pastedimage1640152897296v1.png

It's also added in the supported language section in the website:

I saw that Arabic isnt supported yet for entity translations, but I am totally fine with just having different content snippets/web pages for my app depending on the language set.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've already tried clearing the cache, restarting the portal, clicking the import translation metadata (which does not work, I've been redirected a couple of times to the update portal page, even when the portal package is already updated).

Thank you very much in advance for the help

    Hi jonianas,

Arabic isn't one support language in portal based on following document, it's not in the table that shows all the languages currently available out of the box.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/enable-multiple-language-support#supported-languages

In fact, Portal capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 supports all the Dynamics 365 languages except Arabic and Hebrew currently.

Someone has already proposed this idea, and you can vote for it:

Someone try to translate language to Arabic in portal through XRMtoolbox Easy Translator, but it seems can't be achieved too.
