We have one healthcare accelerator solution for dynamics 365 and one business central, we want to sync the contact and account data from dynamics 365 to business central
We have created a common data service and also run the sync job but contact and account did not sync,
We wanted to know can only dynamics 365 sales integration with business central is possible or we can also integrate a healthcare accelerator with business central?

Thank you for reaching out.
The synchronization feature is a capability of Business Central and works at a platform level (Microsoft Dataverse previously named CDS).

The same account / contact tables are used in the Health Accelerator as are used in D365 Sales. We overlay additional columns, views, and forms for these tables, but ultimately they are the same concepts.
Please follow the procedures in the above docs article to setup this sync. If things are still not working, please open a support ticket with the Business Central team as this is a feature of that product.
