Where would I find the email address of an owner in CRM.
I see owner ID, name etc but no email address.

By owner I take it you mean the owner of the record.
When you click on the owner it should open up the user account record of the owner of the record and that should show the user's email address.
If you are doing this programmatically the ownerid will be the Guid of either a team or user record. To get the email address you can retrieve it from the user's account record.

As I stated above you will need to make a second request (once you've got the id of the owner of the record) to retrieve their email address from the Systemuser entity. Equally the user may be a team rather than a user so you will need to handle that situation within your code.
