could someone share how to customize a customer statement?  the template in BC 365 is so hard to read or maybe might filter is not right?

i found it very hard to read the statement.  if i can't understand the statement, how can i expect my customer to understand it

    If you have specific requests on how you want that statement to look i would recommend that you work together with your partner to find a layout that meet your requirements.

    Hi, For standard customer statement report.

    You can use the Report Extension to customize standard reports.

    Or create a new customer statement report, which is generally required for new customers.
