In GP 2010 I am using Word with a mailmerge to a view created with Extender. I have set up an Action Button in my custom Navigation List and this will open the Word document which uses the appropriate view.
However it would be really good if I could limit the mailmerge to only the records currently selected in my Navigation List. Is there a table which lists the current records of the navigation list or simply the selcted ones?
If so then I could join this within my view and then my merge would only include the selected records.
