Microsoft RMS point of sale processes True Value Rewards and all True Value electronic files. True Value Rewards is processed with a high speed connection to IOOC. IOOC is the 3rd party vendor chosen by True Value to manage their rewards program. Any True Value POS software that is going to process True Value Rewards, needs to connect to IOOC.

Retail stores wishing to offer their own Customer Rewards or Gift Card program without 3rd party or credit card processor setup and fees can use Microsoft RMS and internal features or plugins. For more information:
