Start Page Number - Management Reporter Issue

Has anyone come across the issue of the "Start Page Number at:" feature in the report definition not working correctly?  After setting a page to being numbering at say, page 3, when viewing the report in Report Viewer, the pages continue to start at page 1.  However, in print view and when printing, the start at page number displays correctly and starts at page 3.  However, when saving as an .xps file, it starts again at page 1.  Has anyone found a solution/fix to this?
