Aggregate function in Woodford Resco Mobile Reports

Hello

I have made a field named Agree on QuoteDetail (Quote Line) Entity.

I have a requirement where I need to calculate the total(Sum) of the available quotation line products whose field "Agree" is set to "YES" and display the sum on mobile report of all those line items through a quote report.

If anybody has performed a dynamic aggregation with Woodford Resco Solution for mobile report, please share and help !

Hi Sohil,

The Mobile Reporting is quite limited. But its not totally impossible.

Below is what I think the report should look like

This retrieves the current quote the report is ran on and the quote products it has related to it.

If you click on the repeater and edit the fetch its pulling for the quote lines so that it will only show quote lines which are marked as agree. (You don't have to do this is you wish to show all Quote Lines)

You will have to possibly create a new field which only calculates quote lines which are marked as "YES". Maybe use a calculated field?

Hopefully it puts you in the right direction.

Or the other option is to use SSRS. But from what I know is that there are some issues with running SSRS reports on Microsoft Resco apps at the moment.

Thanks Thomas. I almost thought the same way by maintaining the sum in a separate field. But still I am keeping this thread open if there is another better possibility. Thanks though :)

I've only spent a short time with Mobile Reports and I don't believe there is a way of dynamically summing a field in Resco's mobile report. Its possible in SSRS though.

Hey Sohil,

I have an SSRS report and I need to run it in Resco like I do usually in CRM. I do not want to run it from the record itself. It is a general report. Instead I want to go to Reports entity -> Run it.

How can this be achieved in Resco?
