List of Business senstive fields in Business Central

Good day Folks

I'm wondering if there is a comprehensive list of fields which Business Central considers to be "business sensitive" please.   I'm not looking for religious or gender sensitivity but rather for fields like Vendor Preferred Bank account number / Co Info bank account number / Customer bank account number / Inventory costing method,  etc.    Any field which is "business senstive" in a financial ERP system.

My client is looking for an industry standard of which fields to consider for activating via Workflow and via Change Log.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
