Follow button on contact is not showing

Hi,

We used to have a Follow/Unfollow button on the contact records, but now it is not being shown anymore. Users have full permissions on the Follow entity and the follow button is enabled on the ribbon as we checked the workbench.

Any idea what the issue might be please?

Can you check if the Post Configuration for Contact entity is Active or Inactive?
