Hi,

While Integrating General Journal using ODATA service, I am getting the error as 'The Gen. Journal Template does not exist. Identification fields and values: Name='' '. In request, I am passing the General Journal Template name as 'GENERAL' and batch name as 'ABC', but it is not showing in the error.

Please suggest, do I need to check any configuration in Dynamics 365 BC?

Have you checked if the Journal Template and the Batch actually exist in BC?

Yes, Journal Template and Batch exist in the Dynamics BC. This problem occurs only while using the ODATA service for integration. Integration with a SOAP web service works fine.
