AP Posting Reports to File

We are sending Posting Reports directly to file. However, using the Append or Replace option isn't giving us the results we are looking for. We want to create a copy of the report each time we complete the posting and have it save with a different file name in the same location.

Is there a way to do this without having to select the location each time?

No, unfortunately the save to file option is fairly rudimentary and can only either overwrite or append to the specified location.
