Upgrade from Nav to Business Central

The process to upgrade NAV to Business Central involves upgrading the customisations. We are a Microsoft CSP partner - how do we get access to NAV developer license to be able to perform this on behalf of our customers without the customer needing to purchase development license?

    Hello,

    The original customizations that the customer has in Dynamics NAV, belongs to a different Dynamics NAV partner? When trying to move to Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud they also switched from partner to CSP?
