I have the same issue.  MS Portals has the Case Satisfaction Web Page under Community Portal but no entity?

Can I just port the Entity over from ADX Studio (I have it installed on Premise)?

Does MS plan to move Case Satisfaction to Voice of the Customer?

    Thanks

    Hi Paul,

i removed the default Entity named "adx_survey_casesatisfaction "  and replaced with my custom Entity and everything works fine now.

you can use the Case Satisfaction Web Page on the ADX Studio.

    Thanks Ram.

That is what I did as well but wondering if I should be using the new "Voice of the Customer" for surveys.

Another nice feature ADX had was the ability to find the ID of the Entity in a workflow "Identifier Request".  I would use this to build the survey URL so I could email it to the customer.

Did you find another way around this?

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Ram,

Just FYI to my last post.

I did find the ability to retrieve the Record ID in Workflows.  It is under the Adxstudio Workflow Helpers section of the Workflow Add Step.

On a side note:  I have been working with Voice of the Customer (MS Add-on) and I believe this is the way I plan to move forward with my new Case Satisfaction Survey.  The end results look a lot better than the out-of-box ADX Studio Case Satisfaction Survey.

    Best regards,

    Paul

    Hi paul,

i was going to suggest the same thing which you have mentioned ie. using workflow.

Anyways, thanks for reminding me again.

    Happy CRM’ing!
