Is it possible to do a bulk resync of changes in Active Directory into CRM?

Example: Title Field was change in Active Directory from Jr. Account Executive to Sr. Account Executive, how can do a bulk resync so it matches the "Title" field in CRM?

If you want to make it work automatically you can use Kingsway Soft adaptors for AD and CRM:

I know this is an old post, but thinking of others who might come across it now...

The sync of changes in Active Directory to CRM is something that does not exist.

The closest you can get to an out-of-the-box solution is to get a 3rd party integration platform to do it for you. Have a look at Connect Bridge https://www.connecting-software.com/connect-bridge/connect-dynamics-crm-with-active-directory/
