Hi,

I have CRM and Exchange Server(emails) in different domain. Now I need to use CRM Outlook Client feature and Email Router. Will it work or do need both of them in same domain ?

Thanks

You can create a SMTP virtual server. This virtual SMTP should redirect all request to Exchange server. You just care about port. All configuted port should be open between CRM server , Virtual SMTP server & Exchange server.

    Hello Yogendra,

The CRM server and Exchange server doesn't need to be in the same domain to use Outlook client or Email router.
