Multiple host names for the Portal - Dynamics 365

Does Portals support multiple hostnames pointing to the same MS Portal?

We need 3 URLs to point the same Portal and from the admin portal I can see a provision to add multiple hostnames which is good. However, I would like to understand how the certs work? Do I need 3 certs for each of the hostnames or can I use a single cert if the multiple alias is supported? Any information on this would be helpful.

Unfortunately at this point it seems like you can only have one host name (at least that is the case for me).  Even though the interface looks like you can add multiple, once you add one, the + button goes away.  If you use the "Add a custom domain" button on the Portal Actions page, if you already have a host name, it will only let you select "Use existing host name".

Not sure why this limitation exists.  You can add multiple SSL certificates, but only one host name.

The only way to do this is if you configure Azure App GW (or any kind proxy where you have control over its IP address) in front of PowerApps portals. To do this using Azure App Gateway, you configure a public IP in your Azure tenant as part of the GW provisioning and you set that Public IP in the Public IP restrictions section in the PowerApps portal admin console thereby restricting all flows to your PoweApps portals via the Gateway where you wouldnt install the SSL cert and in your DNS settings you would then add an A record to that IP address and multiple CNAMES. This also gives you the added benefit of layering web app firewall and other GW features on top of PowerApps and control traffic to it.
