I have a simple question...
It's possible create a note at timeline in Dynamics 365 using power automate??
If yes, How I can do it ?

yes it is possible
Please use the Create Row record from the CDS current environment connector and make sure you are creating your flow inside a solution , you can use the document property if you want to create the note with attachment.

Yes, this is possible. You can create the Notes for the entity, which will be associated in their timeline.
Associate the Account Id ( you can do the same for other entity as well) as shown in the screenshot below:-
