How we can call on-demand workflow in custom workflow to send emails

Hi,

We have written custom workflow for sending multiple emails. Due to some pros & cons avoiding send emails through code & also avoiding to write full html in custom workflow code in string format, we are trying to trigger on-demand workflow returning List<EntityReference> from Output parameter but it is not allowing parameter more than once.

Could anyone suggest which is best way to send emails to multiple customer's from custom workflow.

How we can call on-demand workflow in custom workflow ?

    Hi Abhishek,

    You can have a create email step added to a workflow process and have all your html email content created in this step. Use this email as input parameter to a custom workflow  and update the 'To' field to list of recipient and send the email from the same custom workflow step.

    What are the cons that you are referring too for sending email through custom code?
