The production orders P001460 has the same item, BOM and route, however, for P001460 once the status is moved to estimate status, the production order is not appearing in Subcontractor work form.

Can you provide some more information about the settings in the application for the subcontracting? You didn't specify any details, so it is not possible to see if you missed something. when i create record in production order after estimate that record will shown in subcontract work form after refreshing. but i am not able to see that record. can you please help how to write a X++ code.

I'm getting confused. Is the record visible or not? Or only not for you? Why do you need X++ coding? I do think the last might be a complete different question and is not related to the original question?
OOB, if your BOM line is of type vendor and item is service, then on estimation the subcontracted PO would appear in subcontract work screen
is BOM line type = vendor
