Hi,

Can GP Project Accounting do flexible billings for customers?

Example :

6 month project, bill first 3 months as a lump sum invoice in the first month and from the 4th month bill first of the month?

Yes, GP Project Accounting has flexible billing options for all kind of projects (Fixed Price/ Time & Material & Cost Plus).

Say, total project value is $15,000 (May 2012 to Oct 2012); we can invoice it as per following schedule.

May 2012 :: $ 7,500.0

Aug 2012 :: $ 2,500.0

Sep 2012 :: $ 2,500.0

Oct 2012 :: $ 2,500.0

Even you can schedule fee billing in Fee Schedule window and make alerts.

(Project >> Fee >> Fee Schedule)
