workflows break on export

Hi Everyone,

The group I'm working with recently (today) exported a solution from one dynamics account, and imported it into another. Everything seemed to be working swimmingly until we realized that some of our workflows were no longer working. Any and all workflows that involve the creation of an activity are now broken. They're currently sitting in the "waiting" status if we view them in system jobs.

This is true of any new workflows we make involving the creation of activities (not just the ones we imported)

Has anyone run into this before? Any help would be appreciated.

Try resetting your CRM Async Service.

Thanks for the response Gus. We're on CRM 2011, where do I find the Async Service to reset it?

    Hi James,

Here the instructions for the async restart: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg334696.aspx

In addittion, make an IIS reset.

If WFs were ok, that should solve the problem.

Let us know if everything is working ok...

    James,

Under Windows Services, the services are called Microsoft Dynamics CRM Async Service.
