If anyone adds any attachment, an email should be sent to me. How can I create this workflow?

It seems that there no supported posibility to create a workflow which will react on attachement creation. But it seems possible to create a Post Create plugin on annotation entity (notes and attachements) on Create message which will sent email to you. I hope this will help you.

You can design a workflow based on Note entity that run on Create event.
The check condition should be
If Note --> IsDocument = True then
The step should be to send the email.
In the email you can add the Note properties to get the name of the file attached and other details.
