Hi,
We have a lot of knowledge articles that we are trying to search from Case form and the order of the returned Knowledge articles is not useful, From my observation we basically get all the Knowledge articles that match any of the words and they are not ordered by number of words matched.
For example if One article matches 2 words and other one matched 4 words we want the article that matches 4 words to be returned ahead of the the one with 2 matching words, and that is not the case.
I am trying to see if Microsoft can turn on Full text search in our Dynamics 365 Instance and Can any one confirm the results of the full text search are sorted by the Rank?
Is there any other solution for this?
