50 Cursor error

I have a user that is experiencing and error saying that the limit of 50 cursors has been reached in the shippers screen (40.110.00) when they release.   There is no custom code and I have not been able to find any information on this other than a patch that was applied recently that was supposed to fix this problem.  This particular error seems to be confined to a certain user trying to release shippers.

I dont know what else to do troubleshooting wise since it appears to be a Dynamics SL issue in the forms base code.  Which I apparently have no access to.  

Any ideas ?

    Hi Kevin,

    What version of Dynamics SL are you using?  

    Also, can you give the steps the user is taking to generate the 50 cursor error?  How many lines are in the shipper?

    Any details you can provide would help us narrow down the issue. Thanks.
