Hello,

I am looking for a CRM certified trainer to train me on Customisation & Configuration and Administration.

I work as a Systrems Analyst and I have been learning CRM basics from Microsoft Customer Source.

However, my goals for the next month is to get to the next level. I want to be a CRM Master.

I would really appreciate if someone please advice me on the certification to go for? Where to get trained? Any certified professionals in here who can train me? I live in Australia.

Any reply from the experts will help me plan my career in CRM.

Try xrmcoaches.com, that's a CRM MVP training you 1:1.

Experience is your best teacher though, If you are a developer just try to deep dive and immense yourself reading and doing hands on. Probably the best references you can get ->. link. msdn.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx .

Before going for certification first learn basic things about CRM. Just do sample examples it would give you as experience.You can follow below links:

Thank you very much for your response Jharana. I will have a read through the CRM book. However, I really want a certified professional to train me with hands on experience. Hence, I am looking for good trainers from India. Please let me know if there are some good training institutes.

Hi Imran,

While training courses and certifications are great, imo the best way to learn is by working with the technology every day. For me that meant working with a Dynamics CRM Gold Partner and learning "on the job", there's no comparison!
