Data relating to items sold

Hi All.

I would like to extract data relating items sold in a specific time period. For example i want to know how many bicycles we sold between monday 09:00 and 17:00.

I did have a go at the inventory sales statistics report but i can't seem to manage the time filter.

Or maybe i can extract the data from another report?

HI,

In Business Central every record has $systemModifiedAt and $SystemCreatedAt. These fields show you when every record is modified and created.

You can filter Item Ledger Entries based on these fields and get relevant data.

Thank you very much for your feedback. If i want the data for multiple items how dou suggest i go about doing this? say i want to know the quantity of items sold for 5 different items between Friday 20:00 and 23:00

In the Item Ledger Entries Page you can use a filter for Entry Type Sale, you can also filter on the Document Type field as well. In the Created At field you would then filter on the specific date/time you are looking for. After that, sum of the quantity column, you can export the page to excel to do this or use analysis mode to view the sum.

you could filter to the date range, Don't believe you could filer by the hours.
