Hello does anyone have a walkaround to export data in a worksheet to a list or excel?

Example in a general journal After inputting data and accounts screen shot below. Now exporting the list

    Ensure the user has the correct permission set. Details mentioned towards end of this doc: docs.microsoft.com/.../about-export-data

    have the user access the share icon:
