Posted on 10 Nov 2022 11:17:52 by 27

For some reason I am getting a the below error when trying to save a new saved view.

An error has occurred. {1} {0}

Just wonder if anyone has had this error or problem before and where I should start looking.

Thanks in advance.

    We are experiencing the same issue, but it also extends to a subgrid on the Opportunity.  The subgrid is from a custom entity and the records are visible if the opportunity is open, but as soon as we Close as Won, the records disappear and the default "There are no records to display" appears.  The records are still in the custom table.  It is as if closing the opportunity disassociated the related records.

    I believe it's a global fix, you shouldn't need to raise a ticket.

    Hi Dirk do you know if Microsoft has released this in the public notice? Can't find much online - I'm assuming the update will happen to all Europe by 12th  bbut i wonder if we need to make a ticket or just wait

    RE: An error has occurred. {1} {0} on saving stored view

    The issue seems to be some form of incompatibility between being zoomed in when using Chrome and saving views (no I don't understand why that would be either!), I noticed the issue originally when I was doing some training so my screen was quite zoomed in. I've been able to resolve it by re-setting my zoom back to 100%.

    We raised a case with MS about this and have received the following:

    "This issue has been recognized centrally, a fix has been developed and updates scheduled.  For your region [Europe] the fix is tentatively planned to start rolling out on 12th December 2022"

    I'm noticing a similar problem saving changes to existing personal views (albeit slightly different error message). Changes to sorting order can be saved but adding or changing order of columns causes an issue. We were experiencing the issue when using Chrome, it's not a problem when using Bravo or Firefox in the same environment. We're also seeing the same issue you've reported in at least two production environments but not all users seem to be affected.

    Hi,

    We have the same issues, but only on production, on sandbox it seems to be already fixxed.

    So hopefully it will be included in the next updates.

    Yes tried Incognito mode, different browsers, same result.

    Hi,

    You can open your Incognito Window and load you system, then repeat your whole process to check if the same error happened?

    If no error, you need to refresh your system next time to set up your process.
