Consuming external web api in crm d365 Plugin

Hi All,

I deployed Webapi in IIS windows server, I am able to fetch data by Url,

But when I am running plugin by it's event , I am getting error ,"Remote name could not be resolved, 'My server name or Domain name' ",

Please suggest the reason behind this.
